When I was a child, my dream was to anintelligent scientist. We all know the importance of science and technology,without whom we couldn’t phone our parents whenever we are free or enjoy musicwhen we feel upset. As I was interested in physics, I wanted to a physicianlike Issac Newton and Albet Einstein, who have made a great contribution to ourhuman beings. Last year, I was delighted to learn that professor tu youyou wonNobel Prize for her contribution to eliminate a source of disease. Besides, itis important to note that she is the first Chinese who achieved thataccomplishment. For this reason, I’d like to meet her and show my greatestrespect.

As is shown in the picture above ,there is a candidate standing in front of a group of people and he wants to apply for a position. If he wants to get the assignment, he must firstly gain these audience's support. Howerver, apparently ,the audience sitting there are upset about his appearance, each thinking about "his tie is too blue, i'm voting for the other guy."
The picture is simple but conveys a kind of increasingly popular public opionion, that is judging people with their appearance. When we evaluate someone, we gradually pay more attention on their appearance instead of their competence and quality, which will cause a lot of problems. When the good-looking person we chose is incompetent, he may not be able to finish his work very well.
In fact ,appearance shouldn't be the only factor we should consider when judge people. We should have a comprehensive evaluating system to pick up the right person for the position.

Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my experience and feeling of how to help Joe with his maths on English summer camp activities in American. First,I must know what difficulty Joe be in maths.I helped him when he asked me,I went into details until he understand the qutstions.I checked his homework whether he made misstakes. second,I let him remember the wrong what he did,so he didn't make it wrong again. After that,I also let her do some exercises about maths,through these excercise,I can see whether Joe had made progress in Maths. with my help ,Joe made great progress in maths,I feel very happy.

To be a teacher,teaching is important.But how to be a good people is the most important thing.
Western culture has infiuenced our life .For example，when we walk on the street，we see many fast restaurant like "KFC"，“m”.We also celebrate western festival like Christmas.I often see some students take presents to each other to celebrate Christmas though teachers don't allow them to do it.but there's something bad in western culture，such as“WWE”.It's an exciting TV programme .I like watching it.But it is bad for our mind and body.I evev have seen two boys fight together because they learnt the skills of the players who are in the WWE.So I think we should learn the western culture that good for us and take the bad things away from our life.

April 10 th,It is a fine day. On that day,Xing Guang school(不知道准不准确)had an outdoor activity about climb the mountain. All the students went to Da Qing Mountain(可以修改一下)to take part in this activity. This mountain is 700 tall. Teachers also went to climb the mountain with the students. Most of the students thought this activity is interesting and meaningful.
