How to keep healthy
Health is most important to everyone。So
wo should know information about healthy as much as possible.
First is about
sleeping。Enough sleeping can offer our body full energy。We should sleep 8 hours
everday,or our body will be very tied。Second is about diet。Food offers nutrients
to our body。So we need kinds of food。If you just eat meet or only vegetables,you
will get ill easily.。 Third is about sports。 Taking exercises will keep our body
