在体育课上,我们可以在操场上跑步、打篮球、跳绳~~~~都可以强身健体。在冬天,同学们依然不畏严寒,在操场上坚持跑步,甚至都出了汗。
想要健康,饮食也很重要。食物金字塔上写着:吃一点点盐、油、糖,一些牛奶,酸奶,鸡蛋和肉类;许多蔬菜、水果,大量的五谷杂粮。这样营养均衡,才能保持好身体。
